After School (go!PLAY)

The go!Play program is a free program for children attending elementary schools throughout Central PEI. The goal of the program is to provide a safe, non-competitive environment so that children in grades K-6 can have fun and be active.

These programs are offered each year at: Somerset Elementary (Kinkora), Central Queens Elementary (Hunter River), Englewood Consolidated (Crapaud), Amherst Cove Consolidated (Borden-Carleton), Queen Elizabeth Elementary (Kensington) and Gulf Shore (North Rustico).

Active Start – Sport

We partner with Provincial Sporting Organizations to introduce new sports to children ages 2-6, allow them to learn about the sport, and work on very basic skills.
