What better way to kick off November than with our go! For 10 Challenge! Think about it, Halloween is all over with with, and the treats are out of you way. Now you need a little extra motivation to increase your physical activity and healthy eating.
Developing new habits comes in small steps. This challenge give participants a list of tasks designed to increase physical activity levels and promote healthy eating habits. Each task has a certain score. Each participant has to reach 10 points in a week.
Teams can be made up of up to 20 people. Each team will assign a team captain who will register their team with go!PEI, receive communication and tips from the go!PEI. Team Captains would be responsible for keeping team members motivated as well as collecting and submitting challenge sheets at the end of the challenge. Team members can help keep each other motivated along the way.
Teams that complete the challenge will be entered into a draw to win a bowling party! Use the #gofor10pei hashtag on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter throughout the challenge.
